Worst company - Community Manager Quantum Residential Employee Review

I’m currently working at Quantum Residential and have had a very positive experience so far. The company is well organized and structured, which makes expectations clear and helps create a productive work environment. The team culture has been one of the biggest highlights — everyone in the office is friendly, supportive, and brings a positive attitude to work each day. The overall office energy and morale are upbeat, and there’s a strong sense of teamwork that makes it enjoyable to come in and do your job. It’s refreshing to be part of a company that values professionalism while also maintaining a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere. I’m happy to be here and look forward to continuing to grow with the company.

Lots of exercise, plenty to keep you busy.

People get promoted based on who they are screwing. So much churn you never see the same person twice. Corporate office acts like everyone is a serial killer coming through the door.
