Pros

There's a lot of freedom in developing courses. Good balance of teaching and curriculum development.

Cons

Lack of communication from management, seems to be out of touch with day-to-day operations of the company.

Pros

Stellar K-12 Science and Math Programs that inspire every child to be hands-on active learners, fearless thinkers making discoveries, having fun, and be curious. Everything is designed and delivered keeping students learning and their experience at utmost priority. QuantumCamp left no stone unturned to deliver top quality programs, despite the pandemic situation. It was amazing to see the phenomenal scientific growth mindset and skills that the students aquired as they were going through the program. As an employee of QuantumCamp I felt the work culture is highly warm and collaborative, diverse and flexible, promotes creativity and everyone's ideas and are respected and given chances. I had a great growth in the company because there were interesting challenges to solve , new opportunities to explore and scope for creativity both in curriculum and in teaching. Some of the perspectives and experience I gained in QuantumCamp is going to stick with me throughout my career. I highly recommend QuantumCamp as a wonderful place to work for anyone who is passionate about experiential educational programs that make a great impact in students and society.

Cons

Sometimes I wished there was additional muscle power to implement the terrific ideas. But that's the challenge for any small to mid-size organization, as they grow.

Pros

Structured teaching curriculum, without excessively restricting your ability to be flexible with your students. Curriculum can be pretty fun at times. Don't need much experience.

Cons

People quit fairly frequently. They weren't necessarily saints when it came to honoring your employment contract either. Some of the kids are gonna be real nightmares and they can't exactly ask them to not come back three weeks in a row, because $$$.
