No learning opportunities, since the company uses only open source tools and no algorithmic novelty. Bad learning place for interns or students looking for a career. Horrible work life balance, with unnecessary 9+ hours of work a day, for meagre or no pay. Bad management.

No pros in working for this company.

The company has several red flags and issues. 1. Most employees from beginner to senior level aren't paid fully and timely. Dues are either paid in small amounts and after several months of waiting. 2. The managers micromanage everything and make it difficult for employees to work efficiently. 3. Official work hours is 45hrs/ week. We often work more than 60hrs sometime and overtime is not compensated. 4. No ethics in research work done here. Company takes up several projects with limited number of employees. 5. Hiring mismanagement is always there. New employees are hired when existing ones havent been paid for months.
