-Schedule is consistent unlike typically athletic training setting -Pay is a little higher than collegiate
Cons
- Very clinic based setting -The company is mismanaged -Difficult for contractors to get things done in the military setting -They do not give individuals appropriate salary increases based off annual performance review. The top performance only receive a 2% increase compared to the bottom performers -Benefits are AWFUL. Do not work here if you have any type of health issues.
