Pros
Great group of people, supportive of remote workforce, and nice benefits. Senior leadership really cares about its people. Great work/life balance, but this can really depend on who is on your team.
Cons
The company is going through a significant transition with the recent acquisition. Overall, there's been a high level of turnover on both editorial and business sides over 2018-2019. It's a very slack-heavy organization, which has its pros and cons. It's a flat organization so not much room for advancement if you're not part of the inner group. The quality of manager really fluctuates by team and many people have only worked at Quartz. "Unlimited Vacation" is a bit of an annoying one as it seems like it really differs from team to team and some teams are constantly checking in while on vacation.
