CIO Attempts to modify vendor-controlled products that are intentionally designed with fixed constraints, based solely on personal preference rather than feasibility. CIO Regularly reorganizes staff without clear rationale, separating teams with shared responsibilities and reassigning roles without fully understanding employees’ functions or contributions. During restructuring efforts, the organization tends to release valuable employees while retaining lower-performing individuals. Eliminates entire departments without establishing a clear or sustainable plan for continuity.
