Quattro Recruitment are a professional recruitment firm who value their employees at all levels, constantly offering further training and support in order to progress each individuals' career. The Directors are down to earth and approachable, and turnover of staff is generally low - all management staff in particular have been with the business for a substantial amount of time, as have many of the consultants. The bonus structures on offer are achievable and incentivise accordingly, as do many of the other ad-hoc incentives available.
