Pros
Questionardo really is trying to build a marketing technology product that belongs in a category of its own. It's a truly exciting product to work on, and I have plenty of room to make my ideas count. Questionardo is still a startup but its HR practices are getting better and more established by the day, making working here really enjoyable. I feel extremely supported by the company, especially when it comes to mental health wellbeing. The background of most of my colleagues and leaders is incredible: you will end up working alongside some seriously clever people who are also very humble and approachable. I find it extremely energizing!
Cons
As with every tech startup, there are lots of pieces in constant motion. It's not for everyone: if you need a lot of handholding then this might not be the right time for you here. Similarly, that means that you really have to be on top of your own work prioritization. Which I personally consider a plus, but I also know that many people need more direction.
