Poor communication : You can't reach out, only they will get back to you Salary delay - Salary is supposed to be credited on or before 7. Most of the time it will go to 8/9 or 10. (It's your job to reach out to them, but only they will get back to you) I was working at client location (This was my first 3rd party payroll job). I explicitly asked them to clarify the leave and holiday structure. The HR replied me on mail saying "You have to follow client's leave & holiday structure). Going forward I took few leaves, and that became LOP. When I reached out to them the other HR said according our leave policy you get 1.5 EL/Month. So I did not had enough leaves to take. I presented the mail, the response from them was "THE HR WHO SAID THIS LEFT THE COMPANY SO WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING". Later that year almost 5-6 leaves got lapsed. loll FNF Delay : I had to do a course of 3-4 weeks where the task was to call them Morning, Noon, Evening for follow up. They were ghosting me like my crush did :( Malpractices : While salary negotiation, apparently I was asking out of their salary bracket for that particular YOE. So hiring HR asked me if I could get some experience letter they would do something Benefits & hikes: Not at all. While seeking for FNF settlement I called all previous HR heads / Management. Almost all of 'em left...
