      On the job training on some of the newer diagnostic/analytical technologies, flexible work schedules, generous compensation.

      Cons

      Working weekends and no email for most of the lab staff so communication quite often breaks down across shifts.

      Paychecks are nice and a few coworkers are great

      Cons

      Management does not care about you, turnover rate is high, benefits are okay. People are rude and talk behind your back. Good place to get belittled and burnt out.
