Pros
Account Sales is interesting and there is earning potential depending on the business unit and support.
Cons
Inconsistency between how business units run which impacts sales. Support on the inside with management was hit and miss. Training is lacking on "need to know" info once out in the field. There was a lot of training that really didn't matter to getting more business (teach more on IT). Baltimore Business Unit had nearly all turnover in sales teams and upper management. In all fairness, I was probably hired at the worst possible time.
