Company does not care about their employees. The 5 C's are a marketing tactic to make people think the company cares. C-Suite is ridiculously out of touch. Mandated RTO 3x/week was announced in the middle of Q2 with less than 30 days notice.... all to sit in a cubicle to call colleagues on Teams in other states-what a joke! RTO is disguised as a way to get people to quit without having to pay unemployment, severance, and to avoid having to report layoffs under the The Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (WARN Act). Federal law that requires employers with 100 or more employees to provide at least 60 calendar days' written notice of a mass layoff. Not to mention Layoffs means that a company is NOT doing well
