      Decent pay. Very kind and helpful colleagues.

      No job security. No path to promotion. You get pigeon-hold in your position. They rarely give positive feedback from upper management.

      Pros

      Armenian Office people are great and in general there is a friendly atmosphere and conditions. Lots of attention to employees from Armenian management

      Cons

      I can not say anything positive from Management team from Canada. Although I can say lots of negative, but I will refrain from it.
