      Casual dress code Vibrant atmosphere No large egos in leadership Access to management Training and knowledge sharing programs Much improved overall compensation (salary + bonus)

      Cons

      Office space in some areas could do with modernization (think this is in the works)

      Pros

      Armenian Office people are great and in general there is a friendly atmosphere and conditions. Lots of attention to employees from Armenian management

      Cons

      I can not say anything positive from Management team from Canada. Although I can say lots of negative, but I will refrain from it.
