      1) Not enough FX product tools to be able to cater to client's needs; 2) Very fragmented FX team; 3) No clear sense of direction.

      Pros

      Armenian Office people are great and in general there is a friendly atmosphere and conditions. Lots of attention to employees from Armenian management

      Cons

      I can not say anything positive from Management team from Canada. Although I can say lots of negative, but I will refrain from it.
