Pros

The company maintains a strong flat culture, making it incredibly easy to collaborate with anyone at any level. Some are extremely talented.

Cons

Often people without prior management experience are placed in leadership roles, which can make titles feel meaningless. While the lack of experience itself is acceptable, these leaders often need to listen people carefully and avoid self-focused approaches. With better training and feedback system in place, the company could support them more effectively and help retain great talent.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, we appreciate you highlighting our open office environment and international headquarters. We understand that downtown parking can be a challenge. To help with this, we do offer a parking stipend that covers most of the cost, though it does involve about a three-block walk from the office. We also provide a flexible hybrid work model, with three days in the office and two days remote each week, to support work-life balance. We’re continuously working to improve the employee experience, including providing clearer paths for career growth and development opportunities.
