Pros

It’s generally easy to request time off, and you get PTO. It’s also a relatively easy job.

Cons

This company treats its employees like children and enjoys micromanaging it’s employees. You can’t have facial hair, men cannot have long hair(sexist policy), constantly understaffed, managers will cut every employees hours just so they can get a bigger bonus. Managers don’t care about your safety, I’ve had customers threaten me before, my manager AND corporate did not ban them from our site. They just don’t seem to care, and it’s concerning.

Pros

Why would you want to work at a car wash? Sometimes you will get asked this. It’s because of the people. Those who are committed to changing lives for the better. Your life, in particular. Quick Quack is one of those rare places where the culture is seen through actions, not just words. It is a culture of smart, kind, and driven individuals. I’m very fortunate to have had the opportunity to grow with the company, and I’m better off as a result. As a leader and as an individual.

Cons

There is a TON of growth and new stores opening constantly, which can be a pro and a con. You are never bored but you also won’t have much of a break. Depends on how you view that. You might also get pigeon holed into certain tasks and work areas. In the end, I only left because I was moving, otherwise I’d have stayed.
