Pros
- Superb company culture and people (I left and rejoined QR and found this to be one of the starkest differences with another consultancy) - Varied and exciting work across automotive, aerospace and defence, and other sectors, and spanning quite a range of service offerings. There's always new challenges and learning opportunities from project to project. - The day-to-day work is always interesting and fulfilling, a mix of data analysis and working with people. - Lots of great opportunities to really make a difference and have direct ownership of deliverables and client relationships early on in one's career. - Great management and senior leadership, really superb environment for ongoing development, leadership are really bought in and provide useful feedback for personal development.
Cons
- Can't think of any cons other than the renumeration in the main business (Org pillar) being not particularly competitive. It feels like more and more QRians are leaving to join clients internally, but this is also a testament to the quality of our people.
