- higher salary compared to other companies in the same province

- overwork, always being pushed to work overtime - lack of improvement both personal improvement and system improvement - being responsible to do 3 jobs (as a head section, accomplish unit program per month, and continuous improvement (kaizen)) at the same time - convoluted document approval - lagging computer device - minimum career ladder
