Cons
- They don't know for what reason they will hire you. Even they don't have a JD for you. - People having 4-5 years of experiences and still they will hire you as an executive. It's only because the Team leader wants to increase his/her team size. Actually to say there is no work for you. - After 6 months, they will put you under PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) which is a pre-sign that they are going to fire you. - The bogus management don't what is PIP ? You hired people without reason and having without work and at the time of Appraisal/Confirmation, you put them under PIP. If the employee doesn't have any work/projects then how could you measure his/her performance. - They will hire you to show their employee strength to investors, Industry and Great Place to Work research - Once their motive will be accomplished, they will kick you out. - Coming to appraisal, people have got the appraisal like Rs. 200 , Rs. 500 etc like a mobile bill.
