-great benefits: internet, cell phone, transportation all paid for -numerous opportunities to learn and be put on high-level projects -"start-up" feel so constantly know what is going on with the company, meet bi-weekly as a company which is great! -Fortune 500 clients -season tickets to the Red Sox and Bruins
Cons
-little growth - they separate everything by bands so there is no room to jump from band 2 to band 3, it'll take you 2 years to be promoted from band 1 to band 2 but then 5 years to be promoted to band 3, doesn't really make sense. They need more bands. -do not get paid as much as you should with the kind of clients we have -overworking is an understatement. Get ready to work on holidays and weekends -No 401K match
