Pros
If sales goals are met, you get to keep your job. Unfortunately beyond a pretty average pay scale, not many other pros I can think of for this company.
Cons
Quickseries Publishing is a company with pretty major issues including lack of direction, communication, and strategy from upper management. This is probably the reason it has not seen any positive growth in years. Once you scratch the surface, this company is nothing more than a glorified call center for pedaling outdated and mostly ineffective pocket guides and simplistic mobile apps. Growth is basically determined by how many calls are made per day and solely based on numbers. Employees are treated poorly with no real plan or incentives for personal growth within the organization. Overall employee morale is poor at best with high turnover and very little personal employee interaction. It is driven by a testosterone-heavy team of sales people under immense amounts of stress and pressure to perform. Bullying and intimidation is commonly the tactic employed to "motivate". When sales targets are not attained, employees are let go and replaced without hesitation. No additional employee benefits are offered beyond basic health insurance. Employee respect for upper management is pretty low and employee respect by the owner also low. My advice to anyone considering a taking job here would be to accept only if you have no other choice or are looking for something temporary.
