Pros

If you're early in your career, you might pick up some technical exposure.

Cons

Where do I begin. In the two years I was here, I witnessed layoffs happening almost every month — not a one-time restructuring, but a recurring pattern that kills morale and makes it impossible to plan anything long-term. Every few months the company's vision pivots, priorities shift, and teams are left scrambling to align to a direction that will change again before they've even executed on the last one. Management communicates poorly and often leaves employees in the dark until decisions have already been made. There's a culture of micromanagement that signals a deep lack of trust in the people they hired. Growth and development take a backseat when leadership is too focused on surviving the next reorg. This is not only my experience but many of my colleagues had to go through the same. Plz don't join here.

Pros

ICs are mostly great. Decent benefits (pay is not though) There is a small but extremely loyal and wonderful customer base who believe in the product.

Cons

Insufferable leadership and middle managers that shouldn’t have a job. No unified direction. Unattainable quotas. PIP culture. High turnover. Have lost so many good people and they don’t seem to care.
