Pros
When they violate the employees' rights to minimum wage pay and commit fraud by not properly paying taxes on said wages because they pay you under the table for the training period as the only way to hide that they are illegally paying you HALf of the minimum wage for your training period, how can there be any pros to this company?
Cons
During the interview, I was told that the pay is minimum wage plus tips. Then, during the first day of training, I am informed that they only pay half of the minimum wage during the training period. I watched more people come in for interviews after me and get told the same thing about half minimum wage during training. My co-workers who have been there a few weeks longer than I went through the same thing.
