      People... all the people there are highly professional and extremely talented.

      No oversight of the ESOP program, which allowed for the funds to be gutted.

      Family oriented environment. During the time I was employed there it was a great company.

      Nothing bad, except for they lost a lot of accounts.

      : paid every week : has benefits

      Cons

      : tends to be short staffed so staff gets burned out quickly : although it has benefits they kinda suck
