Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your experience with Quiet Professionals. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your time with us was not reflective of the positive and supportive workplace we strive to cultivate. It's particularly concerning to hear such strong feedback about our management and HR department, areas we consider crucial to our operation and culture. We appreciate you acknowledging the benefits we offer, including 401k matching and on-site health services like chiropractic care and massage. We're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees' well-being. Your concerns about management and HR practices are taken very seriously. It's distressing to hear that our efforts in these areas have not met your expectations or the standards we aim to uphold. We recognize the importance of experienced and effective HR management in fostering a positive work environment, addressing employee concerns, and supporting professional development. We've recently conducted a comprehensive review of our goal-setting procedures, communication methods, and the organization and performance of our HR department. It's crucial that our HR team is fully equipped and knowledgeable about essential HR practices. To achieve this, we'll consider providing further training and making any necessary structural adjustments to ensure they can adequately support our employees. We're committed to transparency, honesty, and continuous improvement across all levels of our organization. We regret any instances where we've fallen short of these commitments and will take immediate steps to address these concerns. We would value the opportunity to discuss your experiences in more detail to better understand how we can implement constructive changes. Please consider reaching out directly at 813-902-3557 or via email at hr@quietprofessionalsllc.com to share more about your experience. Pros

-Broad exposure to systems and responsibilities -Plenty of opportunities to learn on the fly

Cons

-Minimal structure and long-term direction -Inconsistent communication from leadership -Policy enforcement varies -Stability can change quickly, especially after acquisitions **If you’re looking for a workplace where structure is more of a suggestion than a requirement, this could be a great fit. The company is very good at acquiring other organizations. What happens after that is where things tend to get…interesting. So if you enjoy a bit of unpredictability in your job security, you’ll get that here. Leadership communication is…selective. Decisions often happen somewhere above the horizon, and by the time they reach you (if they do), the impact is already in motion. Policies, especially around things like remote work, exist, but how they’re applied can depend on circumstances that aren’t always clear. Expectations can shift quickly, and what’s said in the moment doesn’t always line up with what happens later. If you value consistency, structure, and clearly defined processes, this may not be the environment for you. On the flip side, if you enjoy figuring things out as you go, wearing multiple hats, and navigating shifting priorities with little structure, you’ll probably adapt just fine.
