Pros

You are going to make money since you are going to be here most of your lifetime. Overtime on Saturdays is guaranteed and mandatory. Sometimes you have to even work Sunday so there are 13 days week since you know you are going to work next Saturday as well. Is also a repetitive work and is always the same therefore the job is easy. Sometimes the difficulty of the product itself raises and you are expected to meet the goal not matter what. You not going to have a mother in law since you not gonna have a wife or husband who stands you working in there.

Cons

You make money but your family doesn't exist whatsoever. They only give you food whenever they make you work a day that you are not supposed to ( for example, every time you work Sunday they give you food so you don't focus on the fact that you have to work the whole week and not have a day off). Is super hot since there is not air conditioner and there is fiberglass all over.have to be careful with the clothes you wear since the insulation with remain inside of it and your kids are going to feel it. Management doesn't care about employees since they are never in the building whenever overtime is scheduled and they want to keep doing numbers and numbers even though everybody is tired from working so much

Pros

Everyone I met was nice.

Cons

After 5 weeks of employment, I found out I was required to work two Saturdays a month. The job description on Indeed that I applied for stated the work schedule as Mon-Fri, 5X8. Nothing at all about weekends. Nothing was mentioned in my initial phone interview, either. I specifically asked about the schedule and was told by HR, "Mon-Fri". The second thing that happened was I had an unexpected family emergency and needed to go out of town. I had 63 hours of PTO and HR informed me that I could not use it since I had not given a week's notice for it, no exceptions! All of this after being told in my interview that "Quietflex understands that people have lives outside of work and they want to accommodate that." They also operate very old school. The manufacturing equipment is decades old and product is continually getting lost because they do not have a barcode system for locations and storage.
