Pros
Very great bonuses, pay & benefits. An entry level NA or RA will pull in close to $600, pretax amount a WEEK! On the 3rd week of the month, you'll get your bonuses including the CSA and Profit Bonus, just to name a few. Depending on how well you store scores on your CSA & how much profit you store has made for the previous month, you will usually have a combined bonus of $850+, pretax dollars on top of your almost $600 payroll check for that week. The hours are long, but you may take a "Partial Shift" if one is available & an ERP (Extra Relief Personnel) will come relieve you & you get to go home! You are allowed 10 paid sick days, 5 Personal days & 2 weeks of PTO with the option of buying an additional 2 weeks off, if you choose. Overall, it's very easy work.
Cons
There are no actual breaks nor is there a break room. Assistants & Managers are expected to work 9+ hour days without sitting down or getting more than 10 minutes to eat something. If your Manager does not match the hours needed for your DAW (Daily Activity Worksheet), you will struggle to get everything done in accordance with CD Guidelines. Entry level management has two openings; The Night Assistant or the Relief Assistant. The Night Assistant schedule doesn't allow you to have a social life easily & the Relief Assistant schedule doesn't allow you to have a standard sleep schedule. (You'll work 2-11 pm one day, then 10 pm - 7 am the next two days, you get one day off then you have to work 5 am until 3 pm the following day) If you cannot handle feedback & criticism well, you will fail at this job.
