      Supportive and approachable senior leadership, with many talented and collaborative people across the organisation. Senior management are open to ideas for improvement and actively engage with staff.

      Cons

      Overall, no major issues. While there is some bureaucracy at the Group level, QID has a strong, supportive team and clear momentum in the right direction.

      Pros

      Potential for growth Great work environment Good benefits and PTO Quinn does mini "courses" every few weeks to improve skills such as: quote writing, pitching real estate vs travel clients etc.

      Cons

      Work/life balance really depends on what team you're on and portfolio Senior management needs work and should be more hands on Senior management should interact more with junior staff on a daily basis Need to pay more attention to junior staff Too many internal meetings
