      Pros

      Not a stressfull job and the people are great especially the Owner who overseas everything that's happening around the business and everyone is very supportive and has time to listen to feedbacks and updates also what's new and need to improve daily on the business as well

      Cons

      lack of man power and no spiffs and bonuses also no paid VLs and SLs also poor provider pool
