      Great work/life balance, excellent health benefits, on-site gym, near Wollaston Beach

      Cons

      Terrible communication and an unwillingness to listen to new ideas unless you're in senior management, resulting in low employee morale. It used to be a very family-oriented company, but in recent years, has become much less so.

      -events throughout the year to build rapport/relationships with the rest of the company that you don’t see on a day to day -relaxed work environment -team approach to problem solving

      Cons

      -not many SME’s depending on your role, ie. you may not have much guidance in certain areas -pay is not great
