There is a really great induction process where you meet with lots of other areas of the business and this helped me to really settle in and understand my role within the wider organisation. One of the standout aspects of my time at Quint was the unwavering support I received from my line manager and my colleague in the HR Team. They were not only approachable and understanding but also actively encouraged my development, always taking the time to listen and provide constructive feedback and encourage me. Their guidance played a significant role in my professional growth and confidence and I will always appreciate them. The wider team was just as fantastic - collaborative, friendly, and always willing to lend a hand. It’s a place where people look out for each other and where everyone’s contributions are genuinely appreciated.

Honestly, very few. Like any fast-paced business, there are occasional busy periods, but the strong team culture makes it manageable.
