      Pros

      Quintop is een warme organisatie waar je jezelf kunt zijn en ruimte krijgt voor je ontwikkeling. De sfeer is informeel, maar toch professioneel. Er wordt buiten werk om ook veel georganiseerd voor de bonding. Goede werk-prive balans en flexibiliteit.

      Cons

      De consultants zijn veel bij de klant, waardoor het soms wat rustiger kan zijn op ons eigen kantoor. Een voordeel als je je wilt focussen, maar je moet je fijne collega's soms dus wel lang missen ;)

      You can grow fast and they give you good guidance

      Cons

      The benefits are way below the market and as an HR consultancy firm they do not at all what they would advise any other company. There are many leavers or unsatisfied employees but they won't change anything
