      Very big chalengers to be executed, and good oportunity to create smart solutions. very well good environment to work with a great team

      Cons

      Bad career opportunities, Distance from the manager with the workers. Very low qualificate at supervision staff. that make a lot of problems which could be solve before take serious cost loses.
