      Pros

      Great place, great products, excellent staff. Culture was fun, they have some good people. FL is great to work in and its a lot of fun.

      Cons

      Pay OK, but thats about it. They we're bought by a IL firm so not sure how they are doing now but they have a lot of equipment in the filed

      Pros

      Manage your own schedule, work from a home office and hotel rooms, excellent support from everyone at the main manufacturing office.

      Cons

      Extensive travel. Lots of miles put on your auto.

      Pros

      Small enough company that you can converse with anyone... feels like a family. They put performance before sales and have built a solid reputation among their customers and competitors.

      Can't think of any cons.
