Cons
The leadership team only cares about profit. They never seem to have money for employees. Merit increases rarely happen if at all, Employees are rarely rewarded for their efforts. They do match 401K contributions, but it is so low it isn't worth contributing. The bonus structure is based on company metrics which individuals have no influence over so bonus goals are never met. Holidays are the bare minimum. Management and sales teams typically look at technology with blinders on, they focus on what the hot technology is at that time, and don't market or sell the various other services their consultants provide. Then ask consultants to help cross-sell to clients because they obviously can't.
