With added responsibility, extra work and dedication to be the best to help your career progression comes a big bag of.... Nothing. Sometimes a thank you, but that's about it. It's a shame really as the company is great at the Top Dogs clearly know what they are doing but when one person is technically doing two peoples jobs, a few extra quid in the bank at the end of the month wouldn't hurt. - Not the best pay - Always expecting more - Expect a few late nights/early mornings to get things done
