The organization is in a rebuilding phase, but it's moving in the right direction. The former CTO’s leadership left some scars within Engineering, and the team has had to navigate through that baggage. That said, there’s been meaningful progress, and the team is steadily overcoming past challenges with renewed focus and strong leadership.
