Pros
The best place I have ever worked, as a field service engineer previously I’ve been used to being dragged from pillar to post to get the most work for the employers money, that isn’t the case at Quooker. They value work/life balance, pay above market rate and don’t micro manage people. There simply isn’t a down side for working for them. Amazing social events, amazing colleagues and management are approachable and genuinely care about your well being above everything else.
Full training provided, new van, uniform, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, days added to annual leave for each years service completed, weekly breakfast paid for engineers along with much more.
What I value most about working for Quooker is that they trust me. They allow me to do my job to the best of my ability and in doing so I provide the best service to customers.
Everybody wins.
Forgot to add, the product is outstanding and it won’t be long until every house in the UK has one.
Cons
As of yet I genuinely haven’t found any cons of working for Quooker.
I’m paid well, provided with everything I need for the job and the culture is first class.
