I have worked with larger management companies over many years in the industry while everyone has guiding principles or kitschy corporate logo that may sound good, but they rarely demonstrate or live these principles on a daily basis. Quorum truly walk the talk; they are the real deal with an authentic people first culture, collaborative while also competitive. the advantage of a smaller company is that everyone knows everyone up to and including senior leadership, when I need help and support, I can just call! So, if you are looking for a company to make a difference in and grown with, I would highly recommend Quorum

Not really a negative but keeping the small company feel and culture as the company grows, I have seen many companies over the years completely change from what they started out as. I want to assure anyone reading this that I have not been bribed to post this review just a genuine desire to share my experience, more often than not people post negative reviews about their employer.
