Pros
Flexible schedule sometimes, could work from home or out of town, but always had to work on vacation and weekends because there was never anyone to cover you.
Cons
Overload of work, unorganized, management was constantly changing, lack of benefits, HR was sexist in Fort Myers location, no room for growth, low pay. New management caused a lot of good employees to leave.
