Not a good place to work - Direct Support Professional (DSP) R&M Welty Employee Review

Management gossips and targets employees they don’t like . Some employees get away with doing nothing and talk all day . Other employees who work hard get written up for small things. Management didn’t wear masks during COVID and neither did staff . It’s a very high school like environment. My boss was very young and uneducated. She was very rude and unprofessional. They won’t fire her and then chase out nice people who care and work hard .
