Pros
If you're a hard worker you'll get good hours. Theyre always looking to cross train so you'll know how to do everything there if you want to.
Cons
Management is terrible. The owners don't care about the employees at all. If you become one of their top people don't expect to have a life outside of work. No benefits, you get tossed around and nobody is properly trained. You have to fight to learn everything as nobody wants to take the time to make sure you know how to do everything properly. This is a serious safety issue. If you get sick or injured, you'll get time off but it will most likely be held over your head.
