      - Freedom to do what you see fit - No micromanaging - Trust amongst employees - A large amount of responsibility out of college

      Cons

      - No direction when first starting - Burn out is inevitable - I can go all day without talking to someone from Accretive while on site - Difficult to deal with clients that oppose Accretive initiatives and hard to manage when no back up on site - 80+ hour work weeks; evening and weekend work is expected

      - People are easy to work with - Great exposure to healthcare revenue cycle and working with healthcare data - Remote work is big plus

      - Depending on teams, some are more meeting-heavy while others are not
