Pros

• Work life balance (Work from home and PTO)

Cons

• HIGH turnover including 3 CEOs in 3 years • No sense of organization or direction from management • Has money for happy hours, catering, mugs, etc., but not enough for US employee salaries • CEOs pocketing excessively high salaries resulting in shortcuts and cutting corners on the product (that's why it's been losing millions of dollars over the years) • Prefers to sacrifice top talent and outsource work to save an extra buck • Computers and software provided is cheap, dated, and decreases productivity

Pros

The voluntary separation offer was good.

Cons

I and hundreds of colleagues were transferred from Providence Health & Services to R1. We were told we were guaranteed our jobs for a year. They started offering voluntary separation packages less than a year in. This was suspicious. I didn't take the first couple of offers, but eventually I did - things were feeling uneasy. Since leaving I've heard that there were several layoffs. R1's India team has taken over a lot of the coding we were doing. In the reviews I read before we started with R1 I know losing jobs to the India team was common. I'm glad I left when I did but it's been hard finding a new job.
