Communication between management lacks consistency, as different managers provide varying instructions or expectations. When errors occur due to unclear or conflicting direction, responsibility is often shifted to staff. Additionally, while language differences with some fulfillment managers can occasionally create minor communication challenges, they are generally manageable depending on the person.
