Good hourly rate, way above market rate

Good hourly rate, but way to high over market. This eventually hurts you in the end, because after paying a huge amount of money every month, the client ends the contract and finds cheaper labor. R3D does not communicate with consultants regarding their assignment. Communication is good up until the first day and non existent after they receive the first check from the end client. They do not look for other assignments after an assignment has ended. they promise you a position that is contract for 90 days, then full time, but the full time position does not come to fruition.

The company provides the best tools it can afford to do the job.

An old building, disgusting washrooms, plain tables, lack of phones - these are only the least of the problems that you will have to deal with in the downtown Montreal office. Others include knee-jerk project management style, fear to negotiate with customers (no, the customer IS NOT always right), lack of vision, lack of methodology. If you are taking a job just for the money - it's not worth it.
