Throughout my 25yrs I've seen awful lot of changes but RAC have kept up to date with it all while ensuring all employees are kept reasonably happy at work. I couldn't envisage working for another company for this long and still enjoy going to work
Cons
The weather! Not very kind to us working at the roadside
