Pros
Work really rewarding as work with a great group of supportive people, and together we work through a lot of issues and get everything done. Good work life balance with being able to work from home as well in the office. Food in the cafeteria is great, and really appreciate the mini kitchenette.
Cons
Targets can be set high, which can be a challenge in the current environment.
