40 years service so good company to work for. Very understanding and helpful when had time off for a health diagnoses. Training given as and when required. Good pension scheme. They recognise your achievements. My line managers very approachable. I am able to work and manage my own time
Cons
Not keeping up with industry salary in the field I work in. Limited promotional prospects.
